My Meditation Journey

My name is Stephanie - I am an experienced, certified mindfulness teacher here to help you find your best self through meditation and sound.  My journey into mindfulness teaching began with a personal interest in exploring ways to manage stress and anxiety, and find ways to approach mindfulness and meditation that were not so intimidating. Through my own practice and training, I have developed a deep understanding of the many ways in which mindfulness can transform our lives using basic tools and resources, and I am committed to helping others discover the power of mindfulness for themselves.

As a mindfulness teacher, my approach is grounded in empathy, understanding, and a deep appreciation for the unique experiences and challenges that each of us faces. I work with my clients to identify their individual goals and needs, and to develop a customized mindfulness practice that is tailored to their specific circumstances and preferences.
