My name is Stephanie Deckard

As a mindfulness teacher, I help to guide my clients through a variety of mindfulness techniques, including breathing exercises, body scans, sound baths, and meditation. I provide a safe space for individuals to explore their inner world and develop greater self awareness.


On a personal level, I am a mom, a wife, and an avid runner with a geology degree.


It's important to prioritize our mental and physical health - we deserve joy and happiness, wherever we are in life.

What I Do

The Path to Mindfulness

My journey into mindfulness teaching began with a personal interest in exploring ways to manage stress and anxiety, and eventually grew into a passion for sharing the benefits of mindfulness with others. Through my own practice and training, I have developed a deep understanding of the many ways in which mindfulness can transform our lives, and I am committed to helping others discover the power of mindfulness for themselves.
